Out of the Tanzanian tourist loop

We’re heading out of the Tanzanian tourist loop now (Zanzibar-Mt. Kilimanjaro-Serengeti). I expect the travel to get more tricky from hereon. Additionally, Internet access becomes more scarce and certainly more expensive — our Lonely Planet pegs a hour’s Internet access at $10/hr for some locations we are due to vist over next couple of weeks which means we may update the blog less often to conserve cash.
Why not subscribe to our full RSS feed or register for free e-mail updates and allow the posts come to you, rather than having to keep checking back?

Yep – Australia again. My brother, Tom, is getting married out there in November, so we’re heading out there too. We’re in Sydney Thur 13th Nov – Sun 16th Nov, then spending about 3 weeks out in Western Australia, back home on 6th Dec. So if you’re adventures take you in that direction around then…well, who knows!
Stay safe guys, and Dave – buy better trousers mate!

Hi mate, I was just about to spend you an e-mail actually (tomorrow — don’t have my laptop with me right now).
Ear is probably now as good as it’s going to get. I’m not exactly sure whether it’s as good as before, but I’m just so glad to have the gift of hearing again.
You plans sound fabulous. I’ll be in touch about the Australia offer — SQ & I will be discussing out future travel plans in September/October. Let’s just say that after the African bathrooms, she might well lobby to skip India and south-east Asia!!
